Representations and Warrants

When you select “I agree” and click the “Submit” button below, you represent and warrant to LEY Capital Corporation and/or its assigns (“LEY”) that you, the applicant (“Applicant”), agree to the below as well as the LEY Capital ("LEY") Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you are authorized to apply for financing on behalf of Borrower and Borrower’s business. Applicant understands and agrees that this application is not a commitment from LEY to make or provide a loan, but rather is a step in our due diligence process. Applicant authorizes LEY to make any review or inquiry that LEY may deem necessary in connection with Borrower or other aspects of this application. Applicant understands that if Borrower does not qualify for a loan through LEY’s direct loan programs, Borrower may be referred to another capital source for financing (this will not affect Applicant’s referral fee if Applicant is a referrer or intermediary). Applicant understands that LEY maintains a strict electronic data and information privacy, confidentiality and fraud prevention policy (“Policy”). Applicant agrees to abide by LEY’s Policy and understands that upon receipt of this application and per Policy, LEY will contact Borrower directly to confirm the accuracy and authenticity of the information submitted and; communicate directly with the Borrower to coordinate the transfer of confidential documentation and information throughout the loan process.
